We have an exciting opportunity for Nurses to join the All Age Mental Health Liaison Team in Wigan on a 6 month secondment. We provide assessment and treatment for patients of all ages within the Royal Albert Edward Infirmary, including emergency assessments for patients in the Accident and Emergency Department. We work collaboratively with multi agencies both internally and externally to create bespoke packages of care that meet the needs of those we are supporting.
We are seeking a Senior Nurse Practitioner who can bring knowledge, skills and experience to help us shape or future service provision.
The successful candidates will be:
* A Qualified Nurse Practitioner with demonstrable experience post qualification
* Compassionate and caring
* Willing to learn and share ideas
* Flexible in their approach
* Committed to improving Quality of Care
* Willing to develop to work across the age range, including Children and Young People and Later Life.
This post is subject to an enhanced check with adults barred list Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
