An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Team Manager within the Warrington Community Learning Disabilities Team.
Based within Hollins Park Hospital and working with Adults who have a confirmed Learning Disability across the Warrington Borough, the team has developed excellent relationships with multi agency services.
We are looking for a highly committed and creative individual with previous experience in leadership or management to support the team with the various transformational initiatives, inclusive of the Transforming Care Agenda.
The suitable applicant must have a commitment to take forward the Learning Disability Service in a positive and constructive manner. In addition the successful applicant will be required to assist the Trust in achieving performance targets as required by the Department of Health and other Performance / Quality related bodies.
Applicants should have an understanding of Learning Disability however experience within this area is not essential.
This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check. Successful candidates will either have a valid DBS check with the Trust or will be required to pay for the cost of the DBS Disclosure which is £47.50 for an enhanced disclosure, the cost of which will be deducted from first salary.
